These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the jilix2 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jilix2 at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jilix2 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
jilix2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may take effect immediately upon posting.
